Love is the strongest of all emotions, something which cannot be defined by one word to take in the entire meaning of it. To love has different expressions, physical to silent to expressive to be effortless. Happiness to be expressed is that someone cares, someone is looking out for you, and someone is having your back.
The art of believing in oneself is often driven by seeking affirmation through outside source, we have made our existence in accordance with the states of others, when our birth in this time is not accredited or yet found a source and reason, we are living it for ourselves and not others. The point to ponder here is to learn to unlearn this defense mechanism which we have developed, the mechanism which states we invest ourselves so much in acquiring love from someone who is next to irrelevant to us, in our existence and place in this world.
Think about it, does it really mean we have to depend on someone to smile. Happiness in togetherness is our expression of spreading love and helping the children who have been sent in as angels of the very essence of the universe that love is not subjected to something which has blood. Birthdays form the epitome of love and happiness. So, blood being thicker than water is the saying of past. Here we celebrate love, care and affection which is present everywhere and anywhere, but it begins with oneself. Learning to love oneself we must learn to unlove the preset norms of the society which play significant role in building one’s perspective over how we look upon ourselves, do we love ourselves or not? Are we good enough? Are we sufficient? Are we feeling good? Once out of a relationship we present ourselves in the form which represents us as vulnerable leaving us with a lot of questions. Believing in ourselves becomes difficult with doubts planted to undermine our credibility, integrity, and self-love. How is that they left us, how is it that it is over so easy, how to get over someone how to live, breathe without that person.
Funny isn’t it, we feel so much but hardly have the guts or place to express ourselves, each and every time we tend to bottle it up.
